This policy explains how The Stay Collective uses mobile phone numbers and message data for its cleaner communication program.
We collect a cleaner's name, mobile number, service area, assignment history, and SMS communication related to scheduling, assignment updates, reminders, and operational support.
We use mobile numbers only for operational cleaner communications, including:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers required to deliver the SMS service.
We retain cleaner message logs and assignment records as needed for scheduling, operations, compliance, and internal communication history.
You may opt out of cleaner SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
